The Obituary of Dallie Stubblefield Officiating Ministers Rev. Eugene Baker Rev. Jerry Holland Rev. William Hoskins Dallie Stubblefield passed away on March 9, 2011 at the Mary Breckinridge Hospital in Hyden, KY. She was 90 years of age at the time of her passing. She born at Hyden, Kentucky the daughter of the late Chester Asher and the late Rhoda Jones Asher. By occupation she was a homemaker and enjoyed sewing, gardening and spending time with her family. Mrs. Dallie Asher Stubblefield was a member of the Ulysses Creek Pentecostal Church at Bear Branch and had been a life-long resident of Leslie County, KY. She was preceded in death by her Parents; Husband: Cecil Stubblefield; Daughters: Joan Stubblefield & Mary Stubblefield; Son: Cecil Stubblefield, Jr. and a host of Brothers and Sisters. Mrs. Dallie Stubblefield leaves surviving the following relatives: Son: Donald Stubblefield of Bear Branch, KY.; Daughters: Janet Smith of Bear Branch, KY. and Geraldine Baker of Richmond, KY.; Grandchildren: Debby, Darrell, Sherry, Kevin, Chanda, Kim and Damien. Dallie is also survived by 10 great grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services for Mrs. Dallie Asher Stubblefield will be conducted at 2 p.m. Sunday-March 13, 2011 at the Bear Branch Baptist Church with Rev. Eugene Baker, Rev. Jerry Holland and Rev. William Hoskins officiating. Burial will follow in the Stubblefield Family Cemetery located at Bear Branch, KY. Friends may call for visitation at 12:00 Noon Saturday-March 12, 2011 at the church.
