The Obituary of Mr. Henderson Lee Lewis Henderson Lee Lewis, 57 of Chappell, KY., passed away at his residence on Tuesday, January 14, 2014. He was born on January 17, 1956 at Harlan, Kentucky the son of the late Bertha Smith Lewis and the late Logan Lewis, Jr. By occupation he was a surface miner and logger. Henderson had been a life-long resident of Leslie County. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, 4 wheel- riding, ginsenging, and especially spending time with his family. Henderson was preceded in death by his parents: Bertha and Logan Lewis, Jr., one brother: Leonard Lewis. He leaves surviving the following relatives: two sons: Andy Lewis & Arlinda of Big Creek, KY, Henderson Lee Lewis II & Dawn of Chappell, KY, three daughters: Angela Spurlock & Rudy of Bledsoe, KY, Ginger Brock of Bledsoe, KY, Gwendolyn Miller of FL, Mother of Children: Sandra Kay Lewis of Bledsoe, KY, Charlotte Hoskins of London, KY, Rose Brock of Bledsoe, KY, six brothers: Richard Lewis & Brenda of Pineville, KY Phillip Lewis & Robin of Hoskinston, KY, William Lewis & Debra of Hyden, KY, Lester Lewis & Christine of Chappell, KY, Marty Lewis of Chappell, KY, and Noah Lewis & Theresa of Hoskinston, KY, two sisters: Freda Asher & Randy of Lexington, KY, Cindy Roberts & Rick Dixon of Chappell, KY, sixteen grandchildren: Andrew, Ashton, Chris, Charity, Kayleigh, Jemma, Preston, Bailey, Andrea, Brayden, Gavin, Kaleb, Jaxxon, Gracie, Bradley, and Abby. Also survived by a host of other treasured relatives and friends. The following will serve as pallbearers: Leroy Lewis, Covey Lewis, Aaron Lewis, Logan Lewis, Adam Asher, Nick Lewis, Cody Lewis, Rick Dixon, Rudy Spurlock & Cova Nantz. FUNERAL SERVICES: 1:00 P.M.
