The Obituary of Mr. Junior Ray Roberts Officiating Ministers: James Bowling, Jr. & Mike Grimes Mr. Junior Ray Roberts was born on June 16, 1944 at Stinnett, KY. and departed this life on September 11, 2010 at St. Joseph Hospital in London, KY. He was 66 years of age at the time of his passing. He resided at 202 Wildwood Apartments London, KY., formerly from Leslie County. He was the son of the late Corbin Roberts & the late Mavie Morgan Roberts. He was a member of Stinnett Pentecostal. By occupation he was the former owner of Roberts Market of Stinnett, KY. and was a retired self employed carpenter. His hobbies included: four wheeler riding and gardening. Mr. Junior Ray Roberts was preceded in death by his Parents; Infant Daughter: Shirley; Brothers: Charles, Logan, David & Leon. He leaves the following relatives surviving: Son: Jody Roberts & Sonya of London, KY.; Daughters: Amy Chesnut & Glenn of London, KY. and Kristen Ayres & Travis of London, KY.; Brothers: Virgil Roberts & Laverna of Dayton, OH. and Victor Roberts & Elizabeth of Stinnett, KY.; Sisters: Bonnie Lewis & Clifford of Stinnett, KY., Lucille Baker & James of London, KY. and Amanda Jane Gross & William of Kingsport, TN.; Special Friend: Joanne Roberts of Essie, KY.; Grandchildren: Kayla, Lindsey, Jacob, Joseph, Zack, Ryan, Shelby, Blake and Amanda. He is also survived by a host of other family, friends and relatives survive. Funeral services for Mr. Junior Ray Roberts will be conducted on Tuesday - September 14, 2010 at 2:00 P.M. at Stinnett Pentecostal Church with James Bowling, Jr. & Mike Grimes officiating. Burial will follow the funeral service at the Glady Cemetery - Stinnett, KY. The following will serve as Pallbearers: Mike, Jamie, Glen, Travis, Vic and Jason. Visitation will begin at 7:00 P.M.
