Billy Joe Lewis Mrs. Kathleen Pitts Fouts was born on January 26, 1952 and passed away on Monday, July 8, 2013 at the Hazard ARH Medical Center in Hazard, KY. at the age of 61 years. She was the Daughter of the late Roy Pitts and the late Mollie Maggard Pitts and was the Wife of Russell Fouts. By occupation she was a Homemaker and was a lifelong resident of Leslie County. Kathleen was a member of the Full Gospel Church of Jesus Christ of Smilax and enjoyed spending time with her family. She was Preceded in Death by her: Parents: Roy & Mollie Maggard Pitts; Sister: Patsy A. Simpson; Nephew: James Curtis Simpson; Great Nephew: Jimmy Allen Mitchell. Kathleen leaves the following relatives surviving: Loving & Devoted Husband: Russell Fouts of Yeaddiss, KY.; Son: Russell Dean Fouts & Jennifer of Yeaddiss, KY.; Brother: Roy Pitts, Jr. & Sharon Langdon of Smilax, KY.; Sisters: Jacquline Collett & Forrest Scott of Stinnett, KY., Maxine Mitchell & Jimmy of Cutshin, KY., Brenda Ray Clark & Lewis Clark Jr. of Smilax, KY. and Darlene Clark & Martin of Smilax, KY.; A Very Special Friend: Amy Callahan; A host of other relatives & friends also survive. Funeral services for Mrs. Kathleen Pitts Fouts will be conducted on Thursday ~ July 11, 2013 at 1:00 P.M. at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home with Rev. Billy Joe Lewis officiating. Burial will follow in the Pitts Family Cemetery in Yeaddiss, KY. Visitation will be on Wednesday ~ July 10, 2013 from 6:00 P.M. - 9:00 P.M. at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home.
