She was 91 years of age at the time of her passing. Nellie was the Daughter of the late Brack Morgan and the late Martha Mosley Morgan and was the Widow of the late Claude Chappell. By occupation she was a Homemaker. She was a lifelong resident of Leslie County and was a member of the Holiness Church. She was Preceded in Death by her: Parents: Brack Morgan & Martha Mosley Morgan; Husband: Claude Chappell; Son: Albert; A host of brothers & sisters; Special Great-Grandson: Clinton Morgan. Nellie leaves the following relatives surviving: Son: Truman Chappell & Alice of Hoskinston, KY.; Daughter: Wanda Chappell of Hyden, KY.; 9 Grandchildren: Linda Sue Morgan, Patrick North, George Chappell, Mary Nicole Chappell, Shane Chappell, Shawn Chappell, Truman "Pee-Wee" Chappell, Nicholas Begley and Beve Muncy; 9 Great Grandchildren also survive. Funeral services for Mrs. Nellie Morgan Chappell will be conducted on Friday ~ April 19, 2013 at 1:00 P.M. at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home with Rev. Teddy Couch officiating. Burial will follow in the Britton Branch Cemetery in Chappell, KY. Visitation will be at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home from 6:00 P.M. - 9:00 P.M. on Thursday ~ April 18, 2013.
