Wanda Simpson Burlew was preceded in death by her parents.She leaves the following relatives surviving: her husband: John Burlew of Hyden, KY., daughter: Rhonda Ward & Hylo of Warbranch, Ky., brothers: John Simpson of Asher, Ky., George Simpson of London,Ky. & Ralph Simpson of Hyden, Ky. sister: Brenda Brock of London, Ky., grand-daughters: Wanda N. Ward & Erica Smith & grand-son: Donovan Brashear. Funeral service for Wanda Simpson Burlew will be conducted on Thursday, December 3, 2009 at 1:00 P.M. at the Lower Middlefork Pentecostal Church at Asher, Ky., with Rev. John Asher & Rev. Logan Roberts officiating. Burial will follow in the Simpson-Howard Cemetery at Asher, Ky.
