Tommy Hubbard Mr. Jimmy Hubbard Born June 21, 1965 departed this life on January 3, 2009 at the age of 43 years, months and days old. he was born at Hyden, Kentucky the son of Thelma Chappell Hubbard and the late Carlo Hubbard. By occupation he was a mechanic and craft worker. He enjoyed riding his four wheelers, making crafts and doing mechanic work. He was a life-long resident of Leslie County with the exception of having lived in Michigan for a short period of time. Jimmy was preceded in death by his father: Carlo Hubbard and by one sister: Mary Mosley. He leaves surviving the following relatives: Mother: Thelma Chappell Hubbard of Asher, KY; Wife Twila Sexton Hubbard of Asher, KY; Two Sons: Benjamin Hubbard of Asher, KY, Carlo Hubbard of Asher, KY; One Daughter: Angel Hubbard of Asher, KY; Four Brothers: L.B. Hubbard of Asher, KY, Jesse Hubbard & Ramona of Asher, KY, William Hubbard of Asher, KY, and Pearl Hubbard of Asher, KY; Two sisters: Lucy Franks & Richard of Asher, KY, and Thelma Jean Napier & Gary of Essie, KY. Mr. Jimmy Hubbard is also survived by a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services for Mr. Jimmy Hubbard will be conducted at 2:00 P.M.-Tuesday-January 6, 2009 at the Bowen's Creek United Baptist Church at Essie, KY with Rev. LeRoy Blackburn and Rev. Tommy Hubbard officiating. Burial will follow in the Bowen's Creek Cemetery at Essie, KY under the direction of the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home Staff. The following will serve as pallbearers: L.B. Hubbard, Jesse Hubbard, William Hubbard, Pearl Hubbard, Ben Hubbard and Richard Franks. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m Monday-January 5, 2009 at the church.
