Pamela Jane Griffie

Obituary for Pamela Jane Griffie Pamela Jane (nee Ragon) Griffie was born on September 14, 1947, the daughter of the late, Rev. LeRoy W. Ragon and Nora W. (Nall) Ragon. She passed away un-expectantly on Sunday, February 24, 2013 at Springfield Regional Medical Center in Springfield, Ohio at the age 65years. She was a former resident of Carroll County, Kentucky with her family for over 27 years before moving to Springfield, Ohio in 2011. She was a dedicated wife and mother, and a member of the Pentecostals of Carrollton. Examples of her artistic ability have been displayed throughout the county over the years, while her true delight was found in her grandchildren. Pamela was preceded in death by her parents: LeRoy & Nora Ragon, and her devoted husband, James Griffie. She leaves the following relatives surviving: daughters: Janel Eisinger & Eric of Springfield, Ohio & Jamie Heimkreiter & Jonathan of Loveland, Ohio; grandchildren: Andrea Eisinger of Springfield, Ohio & Stephen Heimkreiter of Loveland, Ohio; sisters: Janice Thomas & Larry of Akron, Ohio; Cynthia Gibson of Gonzales, LA; brother: Rev. John Ragon & Barb of Newark , Ohio. Also a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends survive. Viewing services will be held on Friday, March 1, 2013 from 1:00-3:00 p.m. with funeral services beginning at 3:00 p.m. at the Greater Life Apostolic Church in Springfield Ohio 200 Snyder Street, Springfield, Ohio, with Rev. Paul Dowdy officiating. Interment will be on Saturday, March 2 at 2:00 p.m. in the Griffie Family Cemetery at Sizerock, KY. The following will serve as pallbearers: Jonathan Heimkreiter, Greg Noble, Robbie Davis, Joe Hall, Tim Gibson, Lyndon Thomas, Shane Hancock, and Gregory Noble.
