Mr. Harold Roberts of 81 Paradise Lane, Hyden, KY., was born on October 8, 1944 in Hyden, KY., the son of the late Bertle & Nancy Napier Roberts. He passed away on Saturday June 8, 2013 at the St Joseph Hospital in London, KY at the age of 68 years & 8 months. By occupation He was a Retired Surface Miner having work for Bledsoe Coal Corporation. As hobbies he enjoyed traveling & spending time with his sons and grandsons. Mr. Harold Roberts is preceded in death by: his Parents: Bertle Roberts and Nancy Napier Roberts.; Brothers: Paul Roberts & Bobby Roberts. Harold is survived by his Wife, Mechalene Napier Roberts of Hyden,; One Son, Jeffery Cleon Roberts & Wife Deanna of Stinnett, KY.,Joe Napier of Hyden, KY. (Whom Harold raised like a son), One Brother, David Roberts & Wife, Nancy of Hyden, Ky.& Two Sisters, Edith Lewis of Hyden, KY. & Oultia Morgan of Hyden, KY. Two Grandsons: Jeffery Cameron Roberts of Stinnett, Ky. & Brayden Garred Roberts of Stinnett, KY. & host a of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends survive. Funeral Services for Mr. Harold Roberts will be conducted on Tuesday June 11, 2013 at 2:00P.M. at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home Chapel With Pastor Wayne Bowling Officating. Interment will follow in the Sizemore Cemetery at Hyden, KY. The following will serve as Pallbears: Jamie Lewis, Neil Lewis, Chase Lewis, Cody Osborne, Chase Osborne & Rodney Osborne.
