The Obituary for Dennis Hastings Dennis Hastings was born on December 26, 1940 in Covington, KY., the son of the late Russell & Florence Brandner Hastings. Mr. Hastings passed away at the Mary Breckinridge Hospital, in Hyden, Ky. on Monday, December 28, 2009 at the age of 69 years, 0 months & 2 days old. He had been a resident of the Hyden Manor Nursing Home for the past five years, prior to living in Covington, KY. Dennis Hastings was preceded in death by his parents, he leaves one cousin surviving: Terry Lytle of Covington, KY. There will be a Memorial Service for Dennis at a later date & the remains will be buried at the Mother of God Cemetery in Covington, KY.
