The obituary of Mr. Lincoln Sizemore Officiating Ministers: Rev. Sammie Trosper, Rev. George Roberts, Rev. Jessie Kemp, Rev. Randy Woods & Rev. David Sizemore Mr. Lincoln Sizemore born on April 27, 1929 passed away on January 5, 2009 at the age of 79 years, 8 months and 9 days old. He was born at Asher's Branch, Kentucky the son of the late John T. Sizemore and the late Sallie Asher Sizemore. By occupation he was a retired coal miner and had been a life-long resident of Leslie County, Kentucky. Mr Lincoln Sizemore was a member of the Holiness Church. He enjoyed woodworking and farming as hobbies. He was preceded in death by his Parents: John & Sallie Sizemore; Wife; Sally Ann Collins Sizemore; Two Sons: Darrell Sizemore, Harrell Sizemore; three Brothers: Daley, Arthur & Eugene; four Sisters: Edna Davidson, Dossie Hensley, Wathan Asher & Susie Asher; one Grandson: Daryl Wayne Sizemore; one Great Granddaughter:Cassie Couch. Lincoln leaves surviving the following relatives: three Sons: Eli John "E.J." Sizemore and special friend Charlene of Manchester, KY, David Sizmore & Jane of Lakeland, FL, Sherrell Sizemore N.K.A. Dusty Sizemore of Manchester, KY; four Daughters: Verena Asher & Marshall of Manchester, KY, Rosa Lee Barger & David of Thousandsticks, KY, Margaret Ruth Couch of Vandalia, OH, Martha Sue Leonard & Donald of London, KY; one Brother: Caleb Sizemore of Thousandsticks, KY; one Sister: Nancy Ruth Mattingly of Hyden, KY. Lincoln is also survived by 16 Grandchildren, 22 Great grandchildren and a host of other treasured relative and friends. Funeral service for Mr. Lincoln Sizemore will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday - January 8, 2009 at the Parkway Holiness Church at Thousandsticks, KY. Burial will follow in the Taylor Sizemore Cemetery at Hyden, KY under the direction of the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home Staff. Visitation will begin at 7:00 p.m. -Tuesday - January 6, 2009 at the church and continue until funeral time on Thursday at the church. You may send your condolences at www.walkerfuneralhomesllc.com
