The obituary of Mr. Harold Ray Carroll Officiating Minister: Wornie Baker Mr. Harold Ray Carroll born March 6, 1955 departed this life on September 18, 2010 at the age of 55 years old. He was born at Hyden, Kentucky the son of the late Clayton Carroll and the late Edna Baker Carroll. By occupation he was a retired coal miner and had been employed by Blue Diamond Coal Company. Harold was affiliated with the Church of God In Jesus Name of Persimmon Fork at Yeaddiss, Kentucky. He was a member of the Masons, and he enjoyed hunting and fishing as hobbies. Harold had been a life-long resident of Leslie County, Kentucky. Mr. Harold Ray Carroll was preceded in death by his parents: Clayton and Edna Carroll; his wife: Bonnie and nephew: Clayton Paul Carroll.He leaves surviving the following relatives: two sons: Christopher Jason Carroll and Sherry of Yeaddiss, KY, Ishmael Ray Carroll and Chassity of Yeaddiss, KY, one brother: Clayton Carroll, Jr. and Kathy of Smilax, KY, four sisters: Brenda Morgan and Bill of Hyden, KY, Elsie Payton and Robert of Indiana, Rita Mitchell and Michael of Yeaddiss, KY, Crystal Coots and Earnest of Smilax, KY., six grandchildren: Destiny Carroll, Miley Jean Carroll, Julia Rebecca Carroll, Laurene Bonnie Ruthlynn Carroll, Austin Sizemore and William Baker. Mr. Harold Ray Carroll is also survived by a host of other treasured relatives and friends. Funeral services for Mr. Harold R. Carroll will be conducted at 12 noon-Tuesday, September 21, 2010 at the Church of God In Jesus Name located at Persimmon Fork,Yeaddiss, KY, with Wornie Baker officiating. Interment will follow in the Ishmael Baker Cemetery at Yeaddiss, KY. Friends may call for visitation at 5 p.m. Monday- September 20, 2010 at the church.
