The obituary for Mrs. Janice Sizemore Elam Mrs. Janice Sizemore Elam was born on September 24, 1950 and departed this life on December 16, 2009 at the Mary Breckenridge Hospital in Hyden, KY. at the age of 59 years old. Janice was the daughter of the late Ruck & Lucy Caldwell Sizemore. She was a lifelong resident of Leslie County. She was a former employee of the City of Hyden. She was affiliated with the Confluence Baptist Church and enjoyed ATV riding. Janice was preceded in death by her parents; brother: Fred; sister: Lettie Lou Ambrose; husband: Benjamin Elam; son: Benjamin Elam II. She leaves the following relatives surviving: companion: Troy Barger; nephews: Calvin Sizemore, Nathan Ambrose, Frankie Ambrose and Dustin Bowling; neice: Missy Mosley; granddaughter: Whitney Elam. Memorial service will be conducted on Friday - December 18, 2009 at 4:30 P.M. at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home. Interment will be held at the Napier-Sizemore Cemetery at Dryhill, KY.
