Ryan Osborne Mrs. Della Sizemore of 15282 South Hwy.#421 Manchester, KY. was born on June 5, 1919 at Jason, KY., the daughter of the late Floyd Collins & Mallie Bowling Collins. She passed away on Sunday, September 29, 2013 at the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Center in Hazard, KY. at the age of 94 years, 3 months & 24 days. Della was a life-long resident of Leslie Co. with the exception of living in Clay Co. for the past 23 years. By occupation she was a homemaker & a former cook at the Big Creek & Hyden Elementary Schools. Della was a devoted & faithful member of the Couch's Fork Church of God at Bear Branch, KY. She enjoyed going to Church, being involved in the lives of her family, gardening, flowers, quilting & fishing. Della Sizemore was preceded in death by her parents: Floyd Collins & Mallie Bowling Collins, husband: Wilk Sizemore, son: Robert "Big Foot" Sizemore, grandson: Steven Marcum, brother: John Henry Collins & sisters: Sophia Sizemore & Alice Napier. She leaves the following relatives surviving: 3 daughters: Helen Couch & Jr. Ray of Bear Branch, KY., June Nantz of Hyden, KY. & Alice Lee Smith & Claude of Manchester, Ky., 2 sisters: Goldia Butterfield of Hyden, KY. & Esther Stidham of Wooton, KY., 8 grandchildren: Patrick Turner & Karen, Michael Turner & Melissa, Marlene Couch, Kim Napier & Rev. Kevin, Lisa Marcum, Jadeana Begley & Floyd Dean Begley, 6 great-granchildren, special friends: Rev. Kevin Napier, Stella Crawford & Sabrina Larabee. Also a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends survive. FUNERAL SERVICE, THURSDAY, OCTOBER 3, 2013 @ 2:00 P.M. @ THE COUCH'S FORK CHURCH OF GOD AT BEAR BRANCH, KY., WITH REV. KEVIN NAPIER, REV. ANDREW FARMER, REV. TEDDY COUCH, REV. JERRY COUCH & REV. RYAN OSBORNE OFFICIATING. INTERMENT WILL FOLLOW IN THE COLLINS FAMILY CEMETERY @ (FREEDOM BRANCH), HYDEN, KY. THE FOLLOWING WILL SERVE AS PALLBEARERS: PATRICK TURNER, MICHAEL TURNER, SHANNON BEGLEY, JUSTIN BARNES, STEVEN MARCUM, REV. KEVIN NAPIER, JOHNNY NAPIER & BILL NAPIER.
