He had been a resident at the Hyden Health & Rehab Center in Hyden, Ky. for the past 2 years. Funeral service will be on Friday, April 13, 2012 at 3:30 P.M. at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home Chapel, Hyden, Ky., with Rev. Ralph Brown officiating.
