Cora Lee passed away on Saturday, May 22, 2010 at her residence at Helton, Ky. at the age of 75 years, 10 months & 8 days. Cora Lee was a life-long resident of Leslie Co. By occupation she was former owner & manager for Brock's Grocery at Helton, Ky., She was a loving & devoted Wife, Mother & Grandmother, enjoyed flowers, birds & gardening. Cora Lee was a member of the DryFork Church of God at Helton, KY. Cora Lee Brock was preceded in death by her parents, her husband: Denver Brock & an infant son: Douglas Brock. She leaves the following relatives surviving: Two sons: Denver Ray Brock & Brenda Gail of Helton, Ky. & Jerry Wayne Brock & Judy of Helton, Ky.; Two daughters: Dorothy Ivey of Berea, Ky. & Becky Howard & Freddie of Helton, Ky.; Three brothers: Clarence Brock of London, Ky., Ray Brock of Helton, KY. and David Brock & Kay of Helton, KY.; One sister: Bessie Perry of Helton, KY.; Nine grandchildren: Carrie Cope, Margaret Hensley, Mamie Ivey, Jenny Baker & Shannon, Kelly Brock, Jennifer Brock, Ashley Ann Brock , Skyler Brock & Amanda Napier & Billy and Five great-grandchildren: Curtis Ivey, Andy Hensley, Samantha Rachel Baker, Dalton Baker & Haley. Also a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends survive. Funeral service for Cora Lee Brock will be conducted by the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home on Tuesday, May 25, 2010 at 1:00 P.M. at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home Chapel, Hyden, KY. with Rev. Roscoe Asher, Keith Coldiron, Cammie "Bo" Caldwell, Ron Oblinger, Denver Brock & Ted Brock officiating. Burial will follow in the Brock Cemetery at Helton, Ky.
