Billy Joe Lewis Emma Jane Adams was born on December 14, 1934, in Leslie Co., KY., the daughter of the late Frank & Myrtle Lewis Bubnick. She passed away at her residence in London, Ky. on Tuesday, October 11, 2011 at the age of 76 years, 9 months & 27 days. Emma had been a resident of London, Ky. for the past 8 years coming from Leslie Co. She was a member of the Full Gospel Church of Jesus Christ at Smilax, KY., She enjoyed quilting, crocheting, sewing, gardening, cooking & working in her flowers. Emma Jane Adams was preceded in death by her parents, husband: Hobert Adams & 2 brothers: Amel & Paul She leaves the following relatives surviving: 3 daughters: Shirlene Martin of West Carrollton, Ohio, Paulette Burks, Edmonton, KY. & Shelia Kay Adams of Yeaddiss, KY., 1 brother: Lewis Bubnick of Somerset, KY., 1 sister: Lena Miniard of Wooton, KY., 4 grandchildren: Hobert Leon Morgan, Misty Dawn Morgan, Dara Kaylene Burks & Carley Jane Thomas, 3 great-grandchildren: Bailey Michelle Scott, Addison Whitley Morgan & Izabella Kaylene Blevins. Also a host of other relatives & friends survive. Funeral service will be on Saturday, October 15, 2011 at 1:00 P.M. at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home, Hyden, KY. with Rev. Billy Joe Lewis officiating. Burial will follow in the Full Gospel Church of Jesus Christ Cemetery at Smilax, KY.
