The obituary of Mrs. Alpha Sizemore Officiating Ministers: Rev. Wayne Bowling, Rev. Ryan Osborne and David Warden Mrs. Alpha Sizemore born November 8, 1913 departed this life on May 29, 2008 at the age of 94 years, 6 months and 2 days old. She was born in Leslie County the daughter of the late Lige Sizemore and the late Sarah Sizemore. By occupation she was a homemaker and had been a life-long resident of Leslie County. Mrs. Alpha Sizemore was affiliated with the Holiness Church. She was preceded in death by her parents: Lige & Sarah Sizemore; her husband: Cleon Sizemore; three sons: Carl, Oscar and Oakley Sizemore. She leaves surviving the following relatives: Three Sons:Junior Sizemore of Oneida, KY; Clayton Sizemore of Manchester, KY; Roger Sizemore of Sizerock, KY; Four Daughters: Geneva Feltner of Manchester, KY; Marie Hacker of Oneida, KY; Patsy Collins of Sizerock, KY; and Josephine Dezarn of Manchester, KY; also survived by 23 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren and 10 great great grandchildren and a host of other treasured relatives and friends. Funeral services for Mrs. Alpha Sizemore will be held at 2:00 p.m. Sunday - June 1, 2008 at the Couch's Fork Church of God at Bear Branch, KY, with Rev. Wayne Bowling , Rev. Ryan Osborne and David Warden officiating. Visitation will begin at 6:00 p.m. Saturday at the church. Burial will follow the funeral service Sunday at the Sizemore Family Cemetery located at Sizerock, KY, under the direction of the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home Staff.
