Glenn Overbee Mr. William "Bill" Adams was born on December 22, 1927 and departed this life on October 11, 2010 at the Mary Breckinridge Hospital in Hyden, KY. at the age of 82 years. He was residing at 400 Oscar Mosley Rd. Wooton, KY. at the time of his death. He was the son of the late Frazier Adams and the late Eliza Wells Adams. By occupation he was a retired coal miner & saw mill employee. He was a lifelong resident of Leslie County. He was a member of the Full Gospel Church of Jesus Christ at Smilax. Mr. William "Bill" Adams was preceded in death by: his parents; Sons: Roger, Eugene & Ronnie; Step-Son: Marcus Fouts; Mother of Children: Amy Adams; 4 Brothers & 2 Sisters and 1 Great Grandson. He leaves the following relatives surviving: Wife: Rose Marie Fouts Adams of Wooton, KY.; Sons: Bill Adams, Jr. & Wilma of Wooton, KY. and Raleigh Adams & Nancy of Hazard, KY.; Step Sons: Logan Sizemore & Lola of Viper, KY., Darrell Fouts & Arlene of Hyden, KY., Rodney Fouts & Lisa of Wooton, KY. and Wade Bailey of Wooton, KY.; Daughters: Rose Cody & Henry of Jackson Co., KY., Eliza Cody & Dover of IN., Wilma Perry & Arville of London, KY. and Julie Turner & Lester of London, KY.; Step-Daughter: Kathy Baker & Haze of Wooton, KY.; Brother: Silas Adams & Janet of Hazard, KY.; 18 Grandchildren; 8 Step Grandchildren; 34 Great Grandchildren; 6 Step Great Grandchildren; A host of nieces and nephews also survive. Funeral services for Mr. William "Bill" Adams will conducted on Thursday - October 14, 2010 at 2:00 P.M. at the Full Gospel Church of Jesus Christ at Smilax with Rev. Billy Joe Lewis & Rev. Glenn Overbee officiating. Burial will follow the funeral service at the Full Gospel Church of Jesus Christ Cemetery at Smilax, KY.
