Eugene Roberts & Obituary by Dallas Nolan Magdalene Smith was born on June 2, 1951 in Hyden, KY. and departed this life on July 10, 2012 at the Mary Breckinridge ARH in Hyden, KY. She was 61 years of age and was residing in Stinnett, KY. at the time of her passing. Maggie was the Daughter of the late Isaac Howard & the late Betty Collett. Maggie was a former Pharmacy Technician at Rite-Aid. She was a lifelong resident of Leslie County and was a Member of Stinnett Gap Church of God. Maggie enjoyed attending church and being involved in the lives of her children & grandchildren. Magdalene Howard Smith was preceded in Death by: Parents: Isaac & Betty Howard; Brother: Danny Ray Howard; Twin Sisters: Flora and Nora Roberts. Magdalene Howard Smith leaves the following relatives surviving: Son: James Isaac Jamie Howard & Lisa of Stinnett, KY.; Daughter: Stacy Smith of Stinnett, KY.; Brother: Paul Henry Roberts of Stanford, KY.; 4 Grandchildren: Kaylen Morgan, Reese Morgan, Trevor Howard & Ty Howard. Funeral aservices for Magdalene "Maggie" Howard Smith will be conducted on Friday ~ July 13, 2012 at the Stinnett Gap Church of God at 1:00 P.M. with Rev. Vernon Willard and Rev. Eugene Roberts officiating & Obituary by Dallas Nolan. Burial will follow in the Gilbert Cemetery in Stinnett, KY. The following will serve as Pallbearers: Jody Roberts, Jeremy Livingston, Darrell Roberts, Greg Hensley, Cecil Wayne Morgan & Randy Dwayne Roberts.
