Henry Clay Robertson Bobby Dean Bailey was born on January 27, l950 in Hyden, Ky., the son of the late, James Hurl Bailey & Pauline Keen Bailey. Bobby passed away on Thursday, June 20, 2013 at his residence at the age of 63 years, 4 months & 23 days. Bobby had been a resident of Leslie Co. for the past 8 years coming from Boone Co., Ky. By occupation He was a Sheet Metal Fabricator. He enjoyed carpentry, 4-wheelers, fishing on lake & boating as his hobbies. Bobby Dean Bailey was preceded in death by his parents, James Hurl Bailey & Pauline Keen Bailey & one sister, Erma Strong He leaves the following relatives surviving, his wife, Shonda Bailey of Hyden, KY., three step-sons, Ronnie Goodridge of Boone Co., KY., Anthony Goodridge & Jessica of Cherry Point, N.C. & Tyler Goodridge of Hamilton, Ohio, one step-daughter, Stephanie Douglas & Billy of Hamilton, Ohio, two brothers, David Gene Asher of Hyden, Ky. & Samuel Rex Bailey of Boone Co., KY., one sister, Anna Ruth Bailey of Boone Co., KY. & five step-grandchildren. Bobby is also survived by nieces; Laura Jean Asher, Savanna Jean Houser, Bayleigh Strong, Taylor Bailey, and Renee Caldwell. Nephews; James Bailey, Harlan Strong, Woody Asher, James Asher, Shannon Asher, Tyler Asher, Josh Thorton, Norman Osborne, Jesse Bailey, Tyler Strong, Austin Bailey, Brenden Asher, and Cody Asher. Funeral service will be Sunday, June 23, 2013 at 1:00 P.M. at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home, Hyden, KY., with Rev. Henry Clay Robertson officiating. Burial will follow in the Asher-Jones Cemetery at Hyden, Ky. The following will serve as pallbearers; Tyler Goodridge, Harlon Strong, James Bailey, Jesse Bailey, Woody Asher, and Billy Douglas.
