Teddy Couch Delora Hoskins Bowling was born on November 5, 1947 at Hyden, Ky., the daughter of the late Charlie Hoskins & Nancy Roberts Hoskins. Delora passed away on Saturday, September 12, 2009 at her residence at Burnside, Ky. at the age of 61 years, 10 months & 7 days old. Delora had been a resident of Burnside for the past 16 years, prior to being a life-long resident of Leslie Co. Delora was a member of the Stinnett Pentecostal Church at Stinnett, Ky. Delora Hoskins Bowling was preceded in death by her parents, 1 daughter: Carmaleda Bowling, 1 sister: Celdren Stone & 5 brothers: Homer, Vernon, Clarence, Cleamon & Eldon Hoskins She leaves the following relatives surviving: her husband for 45 years & 5 months: John Bowling of Burnside, Ky., 1 daughter: Angie Bowling Morgan of Stinnett, Ky., 2 grandchildren: Ladetra Joelora Morgan & John Joseph Aaron Morgan both of Stinnett, KY., 3 brothers: Farmer Hoskins & Patsy of Somerset, Ky., Silas Hoskins & Sharon of Fairborn, Ohio & Paul Hoskins & Brenda of Stinnett, KY., 4 sisters: Pearlie Witt & Lonnie of Dayton, Ohio, Irene Collett of Stinnett, Ky., Carolyn Hacker & Carl of Stinnett, KY. & Evelyn Carpenter & Jack of Mt. Vernon, Ky. Delora took care & raised a host of her family members. Also a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives survived. Funeral service for Delora Hoskins Bowling will be conducted on Tuesday, September 15, 2009 at 1:00 P.M. at the Stinnett Pentecostal Church at Stinnet, Ky. with Rev. James Bowling, Jr., Rev. Silas Hoskins, Rev. Jack Carpenter & Rev. Teddy Couch officiating. Burial will follow in the Glady Branch Cemetery at Stinnett, Ky.
