She was 39 years of age at the time of her passing. Lisa was the Daughter of Eveline Collins Pertee and Ronald Wayne Bowling and Wife of Matthew Feltner. By occupation Lisa was a homemaker. She was a lifelong resident of Leslie County and was affiliated with the Church of Lord Jesus Christ in Yeaddiss, KY. She was Preceded in Death by: Maternal Grandparents: Melvin and Essie Collins and Paternal Grandfather: Seldon Bowling. Lisa leaves the following relatives surviving: Mother: Eveline Pertee & Step-Father John of West Virginia; Father: Ronald Wayne Bowling of Cumberland, KY.; Husband: Matthew Feltner of Yeaddiss, KY.; Paternal Grandmother: Evelyn Kilburn of Cumberland, KY.; Special Pet: Bandit; A host of loving aunts, uncles and cousins also survive. Funeral services for Mrs. Lisa Darlene Bowling Feltner will be on Wednesday ~ December 7, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. at the Church of Lord Jesus Christ in Yeaddiss, KY. with Donald Kilburn and Wilmer Mitchell officiating. Burial will follow in the Coots Cemetery in Yeaddiss, KY. The following will serve as Pallbearers: Brandon Coots, Clarence Wayne Coots, Odell Coots, Wilmer Mitchell, Larry Melton, Michael Collins and John Pertee.
