Jackie Midkiff & Eulogy by Kevin Couch Mrs. Mae Couch was born on August 2, 1916 at Thousandsticks, KY., the Daughter of the late Bige Couch, Sr. & Clara Sizemore Couch. She passed away on Monday, December 12, 2011 at the Mary Breckinridge-ARH Hospital in Hyden, Ky. at the age of 95 years, 4 months & 10 days. She was a Homemaker & Co-Owner of Hargis Couch Supermarket at Bear Branch, KY. She was a life-long resident of Leslie Co. Mae was a member of the Couch's Fork Church of God at Bear Branch, KY. She enjoyed gardening and working with her flowers. Mae Couch was Preceded in Death by her Parents: Bige Couch Sr. & Clara Couch; her Loving and Devoted Husband: Hargis Couch; Son: Wayne Glendon Couch; Grandson: Timmy Couch; Great-Grandson: Tommy Wilkins; 3 Brothers: Bige Couch, Jr., Lawrence Couch & Mason Couch & 4 Sisters: Mollie Napier, Elzie Couch, Opha Whitaker and Edna Sizemore. Mrs. Mae Couch leaves the following relatives surviving: 2 Daughters: Wilma Couch & Duke of Bear Branch, KY. and Thelma Sizemore & Willie "Cotton" of Bear Branch, KY.; 3 Sons: Jimmy "Crow" Couch & Dorothy of London, KY., Raleigh "Frog" Couch of Bear Branch, KY. and Millard Couch of Gallatin, TN.; 13 Grandchildren, 19 Great-Grandchildren & 4 Great-Great Grandchildren & also a host of treasured nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends. Funeral service for Mrs. Mae Couch will be conducted on Friday, December 16, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. at the Couch's Fork Church of God at Bear Branch Ky. with Rev. Rick Holt, Rev. Ray Napier, Rev. Kevin Napier, Pastor Wayne Bowling & Rev. Jackie Midkiff officiating. Mr. Kevin Couch will be delivering the Eulogy. The interment will follow in the Farmer Couch Family Cemetery at Bear Branch, KY. The following will serve as Pallbearers: Kim Douglas Couch, James Couch, Kevin Couch, Kenny Kemper, Tony Couch, Larry Couch, Randy Couch & Pat Turner. Visitation will begin on Wednesday, December 14, 2011 at 6:00 P.M. at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home Chapel and also on Thursday, at 6:00 P.M. at the Couch's Fork Church of God.
