Kevin Napier Mrs. Laura Ruth Sizemore Couch born July 31, 1959 departed this life on Thursday, November 22, 2012 at the Mary Breckinridge ARH Hospital, Hyden, Ky. She was 53 years old. Laura was born in Perry Co., Ky. the daughter of the late George Sizemore and Laura Shepherd Sizemore. Laura was a former Nurses' Aid at the Mary Breckinridge Hospital, Hyden, Ky.& was of the Pentecostal Faith. Laura was a life-long resident of Leslie Co., residing at 114 Asher's Branch Road, Hyden, Ky., at the time of her death. She enjoyed being involved in the life of her daughter and grandchildren. Mrs. Laura Ruth Sizemore Couch was preceded in death by her parents, one brother: Jeffery Sizemore, one sister: Regina Sizemore, Maternal Grandfather: Jasper Shepherd & Paternal Grandparents: Ott & Sophie Sizemore. Mrs. Laura Ruth Sizemore Couch leaves the following relatives surviving: her loving and devoted husband: John W. Couch of Hyden, Ky., one daughter Jessica Ann Couch of Hyden, Ky., one brother: Gregory Allan Sizemore of London, Ky., three sisters: Teresa Hazlett and husband, Scott of Hyden, Ky., Shonda Bowen and husband, Danny, of Manchester, Ky., Tammy Sizemore of London, Ky., mother-in-law: Ella Couch of Hazard, Ky., one sister-in-law: Teresa Napier Sizemore, three treasured grandchildren: Hunter Mason Couch, Sophia Grace Couch, Ethan Edward Couch & a host of other relatives and friends. The funeral for Mrs. Laura Ruth Sizemore Couch was be conducted at 1:00 P.M. - Monday - November 26, 2012 at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home with Rev. Ted Couch, Rev. Terry Joseph and Rev. Kevin Napier officiating. The interment will follow in the Collins Family Cemetery, (Freedom Branch), Hyden, Ky. Friends may call for visitation @ 5:00 p.m. - Sunday at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home Chapel, Hyden, Ky.
