He passed away on Tuesday, May 31, 2011 at the Hazard ARH Medical Center in Hazard, KY. at the age of 49 years, 1 month & 28 days at the time of his passing. William was a life-long resident of Leslie Co. By occupation he was a former Security Guard for Storm Security at coal mines. He was a member of the Big Fork Church of God at Yeaddiss, Ky. He enjoyed gardening, fishing, sports & was very active in his Church. William "Rainbow" Browning was preceded in death by his Father: William "Bill" Browning and one Great Nephew: Owen Baker. He leaves the following relatives surviving: Mother: Goldie Davidson Browning of Hyden, Ky.; Wife: Penny Banks Browning of Yeaddiss, Ky.; Son: Junior Browning & Fiance': Amanda Sizemore of Yeaddiss, Ky.; Father-In-Laws & Mother-In-Laws: Herman & Paula Joseph of Yeaddiss, KY. & Tom & Shirley Banks of Mexico, Ind.; Sister: Ruth Browning of Hyden, Ky.; Sister-In-Laws: Tammy Causey & Norman of Yeaddiss, Ky., Rebecca Buckles & Mark of Alaska, Tammy Hahn & Kenny of Ohio & Lora Harrison & Daniel of Indiana; Brother-In-Laws: Tom Banks & Kim of Tenn. & Rick Joseph & Melody of Yeaddiss, Ky.; Nieces: Tanya Gayhart, Danielle Riddle, Tiffany Joseph, Tracy Riddle, Crystal Joseph, Hayley Joseph & Emma Harrison; Great-Niece: Kensie Barger; Nephews: Earnie Miller, Jr., Levi Hahn, Luke Hahn, Josh Baker, Harvey Buckles, Jacob Buckles, Shawn Lewis, Daniel Harrison II & Kendrick Joseph; Close Friends: Edwin Lewis, Doug Wells, Gerald Fields & Mike Caldwell. Funeral service will be conducted on Friday - June 3, 2011 at 2:00 P.M. at the Big Fork Church of God at Yeaddiss, Ky. with Rev. Clemmie Joseph, Rev. Billy Joe Lewis & Rev. Tommy Fields officiating. Burial will follow in the Joseph Family Cemetery at Yeaddiss, Ky. Visitation will be on Thursday, June 2, 2011 at 6:00 P.M. at the Church.
