The Obituary for Edmond Belcher Officiating Minister: Pastor Steve Springer Edmond Belcher was born on October 27, 1952, at Beverly, Kentucky the son of the late Wilson & Olvie Burkhart Belcher, he passed away on Wednesday, September 23, 2010 at the U.K. Medical Center, Lexington, Ky. at the age of 57 years, 10 months & 26 days. Edmond was a life-long resident of Leslie Co., by occupation he was a retired coal truck driver. He was affliated with the Church of God, he enjoyed deer hunting, fishing & riding 4-wheelers. Edmond was preceded in death by his parents: Wilson & Olvie Burkhart Belcher. He leaves the following relatives surviving: 2 sons: David Belcher & Kristian of Mozelle, KY.& Eddie Wayne Belcher of Indianpolis, Indiana, 2 daughters: Angelena Hatfield & William of London, KY. & Rebecca Belcher of Indiana,wife of 30 years: Denzil Sue Belcher of Mozelle, Ky., 3 brothers: Zeno Belcher & Gail of Mozelle, Ky., Guice Belcher & Eva of Mozelle, Ky. & Dan Belcher & Sandy of Mozelle, KY., 4 sisters: Pansy Collett & Alvin of Mozelle, Ky., Toni Jackson of Danville, KY. & Jenny Caldwell & Herman of Stoney Fork, Ky., Freda Jewell Knight of Moulton, AL.; 7 grandchildren: Connor Hatfield, Madison Belcher, Hunter Belcher, McCain Harper, Maci Belcher & Mason Belcher & Aiden Belcher.Also a host of other relatives & friends survive. Funeral service for Edmond Belcher will be conducted on Saturday, September 25, 2010 at 1:00 P.M. at the Lower Beech Fork United Methodist Church at Mozelle, Ky., with Pastor Steve Springer officiating. Burial will follow in the Jackson Family Cemetery at Bledsoe, KY. The following will serve as pallbearers: David Belcher, William Hatfield, Daniel Collett, Eddie Wayne Belcher, Josh Belcher, Daniel Belcher & Gareth Caldwell & honorary pallbearer: Connor Hatfield.
