The obituary of Mrs. Bernice  Faye Caldwell

 Mrs. Bernice Faye Caldwell departed this life on Thursday, Dec. 9, 2021 at the age of 87 years old. She was born at Beverly, KY on Dec. 15, 1933 the daughter of the  late Samuel Caldwell and the late Betty Saylor Caldwell. By occupation Bernice was a former teacher's assistant and a loving homemaker. Bernice was a faithful member of the Stinnett Pentecostal church and had been a life-long resident of Leslie County, KY.  She loved spending time with her family and had a special bond with her little great granddaughter Madison. Bernice enjoyed playing with Madi and watching the Kentucky Wildcats. Most importantly, Bernice loved the Lord and her family. She was preceded in death by her parents, her cherished husband: Thomas "J.B.' Caldwell, one son: Rocky Caldwell, brothers: infant brother , Robert Ray, Zack, David, Richard, and John D. Caldwell, sisters: Cordelia Short, Mary Helton, Ida Caldwell, Lena Short, Eva Maggard and Betty Masters. Bernice leaves surviving the following relatives: beloved sons: Greg Caldwell (Margie) of Hyden, KY, Terry Caldwell (Melissa) of Stinnett, KY, two beloved daughters: Louise Sandlin ( Terry) of Scottsburg, IN, Christy Caldwell (Will) of London, KY one beloved brother: Gareth Caldwell (Chaney) of Burkesville, KY . Bernice leaves surviving a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren along with a host of other treasured relatives and friends. FUNERAL SERVICES: 2:00 P.M. - Tuesday, Dec. 14,  2021 at the Stinnett Pentecostal Church at Essie, KY

VISITATION: 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m. - Monday, Dec. 13, 2021 at the church.

OFFICIATING MINISTERS: James Bowling, Jr., Matt Feltner and Davin Asher.
