Carley Jane Thomas

Carley Jane Thomas passed away Sunday, April 18, 2021 at the UK Medical Center, Lexington, KY. She was 28 years old. Carley was born May 5, 1992 in Noblesville, Indiana, the daughter of Carl Stacy & Sheila Thomas. She had been a life-long resident of Leslie Co. Carley was of the Pentecostal faith. She enjoyed four wheeling, drawing, cooking, fishing & spending time with her daughters & family.

Carley was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Hobert & Emma Adams & Paternal grandparents, Corbin & Mary Stacy. She leaves the following relatives surviving; her loving & devoted mother, Sheila Adams, Yeaddiss, KY., father, Carl Stacy, London, KY & 2 beloved daughters, Izabella Blevins, Yeaddiss, KY. & Nevaeh Shelby Thomas, Tompkinsville, KY.  Also a host of other relatives & friends survive. The Family would like to offer their Love and Appreciation to Carol Lewis. 

Funeral: Thursday, April 22, 2021 at 3:00 P.M. at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home, Hyden, KY.

Minister: Rev. Billy Joe Lewis

Interment: Lewis Family Cemetery, Smilax, KY.

Visitation: Thursday, April 22, 2021 at 11:00 A.M.-2:00 P.M. at the Funeral Home Chapel
