Carolyn Hacker

Mrs. Carolyn Hoskins Hacker passed away Tuesday, October 13, 2020 at her residence in London, KY. She was 81 years old. Carolyn was born Nov. 7, 1938 at Stinnett, KY., the daughter of the late, Charlie Hoskins & Nancy Roberts Hoskins. She had been a resident of Laurel Co. for the past 5 years.  By occupation Carolyn was a retired cook for the Leslie Co. School System. She was a member of the Stinnett Gap Church of God at Stinnett, KY. Carolyn enjoyed sewing, crocheting, crafts, cookouts & holiday dinners. She especially enjoyed spending time with her family.

Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Carl Hacker, 1 treasured grandson, Matthew Tyler Roark, 1 treasured great-great grandson, Greyson Cole Whitehead, 5 brothers, Homer, Vernon, Clarence, "Eldon Jack" & Cleamon Hoskins & 4 sisters, Pearlie Witt, Celdron Stone, Delores Bowling & Evelyn Carpenter. She leaves the following relatives surviving; 2 beloved sons, Floyd Henry Hacker & Janice, Stinnett, KY. & Eugene Hacker & Jetty, Stinnett, KY., 1 beloved step-son, Tommy Hamblin, Little Leatherwood, KY., two beloved daughters, Sharon Hacker, London, KY. & Donna Roberts & Tim, London, KY., 3 brothers, Farmer Hoskins & Patsy, Somerset, KY., Rev. Silas Hoskins & Sharon, Fairborn, Ohio & Paul Hoskins & Brenda, Stinnett, KY., 1 sister, Irene Collett, Stinnett, KY., 9 treasured grandchildren, Jeffery Galen Roark & Kristy, Timothy Brandon Roberts & Tracy, Audrey Amber Whitehead & Paul, Lana Caldwell & Dana, Jennifer Hacker, Zebulan Roark & Katrina, Tyler Roberts & Shenna, Cody Hacker & Kristin & Kristy Perkins, 11 treasured great grandchildren, Jayden Roberts, Dalton Roberts, Taylor Allison Whitehead, Kenna Alexis Asher, Emily Roark, Mason Roark, Blake Caldwell, Caleb Caldwell, Grayson Caldwell, Carlee Roberts & Brayden Roberts, 2 great-great grandchildren, Aubree Blake Whitehead & Jaxon Phoenix Whitehead, 1 Step Great Grandchild, Megan Goodwin, special friends, Bessie Roberts, Danny Hale & Debbie and family & Larry Dean Collett. Also a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends survive.

Funeral: Friday, October 16, 2020 at 2:00 P.M. at the Stinnett Gap Church of God at Stinnett, KY.

Ministers: Rev. Geoffery Roberts & Rev. Kevin Napier

Interment: Carl Hacker Family Cemetery, Stinnett, KY.
