Carolyn Joy Jones

Mrs. Carolyn Joy Sizemore Jones was born December 19, 1952, at Confluence, Ky., the daughter of the late, Don Sizemore & Virginia Perkins Sizemore. She passed away Friday, February 18, 2022 at the Well's Hospice Center, Hazard, KY. Joy was 69 years old. Joy was a life-long resident of Leslie county. Joy was affiliated with the Church of Christ. She enjoyed going to the lake, fishing, shopping, flower gardening and most importantly spending time with friends and family.  

She was preceded in death by beloved parents, Don & Virginia Perkins Sizemore and special brothers, Larry Kelvin Sizemore and Michael "Micky" Sizemore. She is survived by her two cherished children, Billy Ray Jones, II and Bella Renee Jones, two special brothers, Teddy Don Sizemore, Hyden, KY and Tim Sizemore and wife, Susannah, London, KY. Three grandchildren Kristin Smith, Christian Tyler Smith, and Autumn Bella Jones, as well as a host of treasured nieces and nephews. Also a host of other relatives & friends survive.

Wednesday, February 23, 2022 @ 1:00 P.M. at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home Chapel.

Sizemore-Napier Family cemetery, Dryhill, Ky.
