Cora Asher

Cora Asher passed away peacefully on May 20, 2023 at St. Joseph of London Hospital in London, KY. She was 82 years old.  Cora was born on June 6, 1940 in Saylor, KY to her beloved parents, Jimmy Mosley and Rachel Brock Mosley.  She was preceded in death by her parents and brother Isaiah Mosley.

Cora Asher's loving and devoted husband Ballard Asher survives her along with their cherished son Ronald Dean Asher and two cherished daughters, Rachel Collett & Chester and Anna Marie Asher & Fiance', Rick Turner. Also surviving are her brother Freeman Mosley, sisters Ada Lee Coldiron and Alonza Osborne, four treasured grandchildren,  Jonathan Tyler Collett & Stephanie, Madison Collett, Brandon Roberts & Brooke, James Kalen Asher & Rachel and Delaney Asher and two treasured great-grandchildren, Cora Haven Roberts and Thomas Asher. Also a host of relatives and friends mourns her passing.

Cora was a proud homemaker who enjoyed housekeeping. She played the guitar and loved music but she was dedicated to spending time with her family.

Funeral: Wednesday, May 24, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. at the Rocky Point Holiness Church, Warbranch, KY.

Ministers: Rev. Roy Napier, Rev. Ralph Brown & Rev. Hermon Asher

Interment: Asher Cemetery, Roark, KY.

Pallbearers: Brandon Roberts, Tyler Collett, James Asher, Chester Collett & Rick Turner

Visitation: Wed. May 24th at 11:00 A.M.-2:00 P.M. at the Church
