Daniel "Boothill" Woods

Mr. Daniel "Boothill" Woods passed away Monday, September 19, 2022. He was a resident of Hyden, Kentucky at the time of his passing. He was 87 years old. Daniel was born January 19, 1935 in Hyden, Kentucky the son of the late, Ruck Woods & Bertha Jones Woods. Daniel had previously been a resident of Michigan for 30 years. By occupation he was a tool & dye machinist. Daniel enjoyed gardening, hunting and being outdoors.

Daniel was preceded in death by his beloved parents, loving & devoted wife, Mary Woods, cherished sons, Sherman Woods & James Gibson, cherished daughter, Teresa Woods, sisters, Helen Mullins, Zuba Begley & Daisy Fee and brothers, Sherman Woods, Richard Woods & Robert Woods. He leaves the following relatives surviving; cherished daughter, Cynthia Frederick & Ron, Englewood, Ohio, companion, Dorothy Heator, Hyden, KY & a host of treasured grandchildren, great & great great grandchildren. Also a host of nieces & nephews survive.

All local arrangements are being handled by the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home, Hyden, KY.

Out of State arrangements are being handled by the J. Kevin Tidd Funeral Home in Albion Michigan
