Danny Michael Wilson

Mr. Danny Michael Wilson was born May 17, 1954 at (Dixon Branch), Wooton, Kentucky the son of the late, Matt Wilson and the late, Nellie Dixon Wilson. Danny passed away Wednesday, April 10, 2024 at the Hazard ARH Medical Center, Hazard, Kentucky. He was 69 years old. Danny was a life long resident of Leslie County. By occupation Danny was a truck driver. He had worked for Blue Flame, Lewis and Ferrell Gas Companies. He also was a long haul truck driver and his last place of employment was driving for Hazard Petroleum. Danny loved his dog "Velvet". His hobbies was repairing and spending time with his family. 

Danny was preceded in death by his beloved parents, Matt and Nellie Dixon Wilson, sisters, Peggy, Bertha, Betty and Bonnie, brother, Donald, father-in-law & mother-in-law, Junior and Ona Engle and brother-in-law, Clyde Engle. 

He leaves the following relatives surviving; loving and devoted wife, Sandra Engle Wilson, Smilax, KY, cherished daughter, Hazel Wilson, Smilax, KY, brother, Wayne Wilson, Lexington, KY, sisters, Joyce Walker, Hazard, KY and Judy McIntosh, Hazard, KY, special sister-in-law, Diane Wilson, special friends, Ann & Larry Lawson, special neighbors, Eddie Dean & Karen Roberts, Maxine Roberts and Shannon Williams & family  and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends survive.
