David Rice

David Rice passed away Thursday, August 1, 2019 in Paris, KY. at the age of 63. David was born July 16, 1956 at Elkhorn, KY., the son of the late, Andrew Rice & Edith Mae Williams Rice. David had been a resident of Paris since September 2018 previously living in Leslie Co. By occupation he was a construction worker. David enjoyed fishing & gardening & spending time with his family.

David was preceded in death by; parents, step-daughter, Maggie Murphy, sister, Joy Bell & brothers, Lester, Paul & Silas. He leaves the following relatives surviving; beloved daughter, Jamie Rice & fiance' Jamie Bailey, Georgetown, KY., step-son, Truman Murphy, Clay Co., KY., brother, Herman Rice & Brenda, Manchester, KY., sisters, Linda Herald & Gary, Jackson, KY., Pauline Parks & Roger, Annville, KY. & Kathleen Osborne, Paris, KY. & treasured grandchild, Morgan Rice.  Also a host of nieces, nephews other relatives & friends survive.

Funeral: Tuesday, August 6, 2019 @ 11:00 A.M. at the Hal's Fork Pentecostal Church, Bear Branch, KY.

Ministers: William "Hubby" Bowling, Truman Murphy & Marcus Gipson

Interment: Rice Family Cemetery, Confluence, KY.

Pallbearers: R.P. Rice, Jamie Bailey, Arnold Campbell, Steven Osborne, Curtis Osborne & Truman Murphy

Visitation: Monday, August 5, 2019 @ 6:00 P.M. at the Church
