      Ms. Deborah Ann Turner born April 13, 1961 departed this life on Friday, July 20, 2019.  She was 58 years old.  Deborah was born at Hazard ,  Ky., the daughter of Norma Sue Lewis and the late Cecil Dixon.  Deborah was a graduate of Lee's College School of Nursing and had a very distinguished career in nursing.  She was a member of the Wooton Presbyterian EPC Church, Wooton, Ky & was a life-long resident of Leslie Co.  Deborah enjoyed fishing, reading murder mysteries & her greatest joy came from spending time with her family, especially her son Jared and granddaughter, Lilly Ann.  Ms. Deborah Ann Turner was preceded in death by her cherished father, Cecil Dixon & cherished sister, Kay Dixon.  Ms. Deborah Ann Turner leaves the following relatives surviving her beloved mother; Norma Sue Lewis Dixon of Wooton, Ky., one treasured son; Jared Turner of Hyden, Ky., one beloved brother; Larry "Bear" Dixon of Wooton, Ky., treasured granddaughter; Lilly Ann Turner & a host of nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.  You may offer your condolences @www.dwaynewalkerfuneralhome.com
