Debra Lynn Ballard

Debra Lynn Ballard passed away Sunday, March 27, 2022 at her residence in Hyden, KY.  She was 53 years of age. She was born September 17, 1968 in Indiana, the daughter of the late, George Kent Morgan & the late Nancy Woods Morgan. Debra had been a life-long resident of Leslie Co. By occupation she was a court designated worker. Debra was affliated with the Hyden Baptist Church. She enjoyed the beach, watching her family play sports, hair styling and loved spending time with her family especially her grandchildren.

Debra was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Daniel. She leaves the following relatives surviving; one cherished son, Dustin Ballard (Anngelica), Hyden, KY, one brother, Kenneth Morgan, Hyden, KY, three treasured grandchildren, Chloe, Daniel and Paisley and four special nieces, Leanna Mosley, Harley Morgan, McKenzie Morgan and Kaitlyn Morgan. Also a host of other relatives and friends survive.

Funeral: Sunday, April 3, 2022 at 3:00 P.M. at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home, Hyden, KY.

Minister: John Newell

Interment: Morgan-Begley Cemetery, Hyden, KY.

Visitation: Sunday, April 3, 2022 at 11:00 A.M. at the funeral home chapel
