Dillard Moore

Dillard Moore, born  June 4, 1935 in Harlan, KY. the son of the late Fannie Moore. He passed away Sunday, February 2, 2020 at the Frankfort Regional Medical Center, Frankfort, KY. at the age of 84. Dillard had been a resident of Frankfort, KY. for the past 15 years previously living at Wooton, KY. By occupation he was retired from the Civil Service. He served honorably in th U.S. Marine Corp as a Corporal. He was a member of the Church of Christ. He enjoyed fishing, especially salt-water fishing & was an avid basketball fan.

Dillard was preceded in death by his beloved mother, loving & devoted wife, June Napier Moore. He is survived by 4 beloved children, Ronnie Lee Napier, of Lexington, Walter Napier, Jr. & wife, Jane of the Philippines,  Lorraine Camden of Frankfort, Ky.  & Angie Anderson & husband Rhys. of Ocala, FL., granddaughters, Christinia, Melissa, Medina, June, Jordan, Taylor & Lidia, grandsons, Mikel & Walter III & great grandchildren, Wyatt, Jonah, Hailey, Aliya, Sara & Sydney. Also a host of other relatives & friends survive.

Funeral: Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at 12:00 Noon at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home, Hyden, KY.

Minister: Russell Baker

Interment: Brewer Cemetery at Wooton, KY.

Visitation: Wednesday, February 5, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. at the Funeral Home Chapel
