Donald Wayne Fields, Sr., passed away Saturday, October 10, 2020. He was 62 years old. He passed away at the Baptist Health in Corbin, KY. Donald was born May 10, 1958 in Harlan, KY., the son of the late, Larkin Ulysses Fields & Kathleen Miniard Fields. He had been a resident of London for the past 20 years. By occupation Donald was a mechanic. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, 4 wheeling & mechanic work.

Donald Wayne Fields, Sr. was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Bruce Larkin Fields & grandson, Doe Lynn Fields. He is survived by his wife, Orlina Fields, 3 sons, Donald Wayne Fields, Jr., Gray, KY., Donavan Bruce Fields, London, KY. & Skyler Dakota Fields, London, KY., step-son, Michael James Courtright, KY., brothers, Ricky Lynn Fields, Roger John David Fields & Charles Fields, sisters, Doris Ann Bowling, Jean Jordan & Sharon Kay Cain, grandchildren, Britian Marie Wallace & Donnie Tyler Wayne Fields & great grandchild, Malachi Logan Vasqerez. Also a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends survive.
