Dorothy Huff

Mrs. Dorothy Begley Huff born July 19, 1933 in Hyden, Kentucky the daughter of the late, Harrison Begley and Lillian Begley. She passed away at her residence, Thursday, September 15, 2022. She was 89 years old. Dorothy was a life long resident of Leslie County. She was a loving and devoted homemaker. Dorothy served as board member for the Leslie County Board of Education for 12 years. She was a member of the Shepherd's Chapel. Dorothy enjoyed gardening, cooking and especially loved spending time with her family.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her beloved parents, loving and devoted husband, Curwood Huff, six brothers, Ted, Sam, Adam, Troy, Delmar and Freddie, two sisters, Nannie and Tishia Bell, son-in-law, Dan Judy and treasured grandson, Paul Wells, Jr. She leaves the following relatives surviving; one cherished son, Ira Huff & wife, Janice, Hyden, KY, three cherished daughters, Ethel Judy, Arkansas, Patricia Huff, Hyden, KY. and Sharon Huff, Hyden, KY., four treasured grandchildren, Darrell Judy, Tonya Fugate & David, Scott Huff & Roxy and Natosha Helton & Tracy, five treasured great grandchildren, Jessica Wells, Amanda Wells, Tyler Judy & Monet, Emery Huff and Kenny Griffith and one treasured great great grandchild, Liam Judy, Also a host of other relatives & friends survive.

Funeral: Monday, September 19, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home, Hyden, KY.

Interment: Curwood Huff Family Cemetery, Hyden, KY.

Pallbearers: Kim Wells, Amanda Wells, Tyler Judy, Scott Huff, Roxy Huff, Kenny Griffith and Tracy Helton

Visitation: Monday, Sept. 19th at 12:00 Noon at the Funeral Home Chapel
