Eric Nathaniel Eugean Boggs

Eric Nathaniel Eugean Boggs passed away Tuesday, September 29, 2020 at the Mary Breckinridge Hospital in Hyden, KY. He was 41 years old. Eric was born January 20, 1979 in Hyden, KY., the son of Barbara Pennington Dewees & Gary Dewees. He had been a life-long resident of Leslie Co. By occupation Eric was a coal miner, worked for Black Hawk Coal Co. Eric loved being involved with his children, deer hunting & squirrel hunting with his boys, being involved in their sport activities, coaching them in football, atv rides & horses.

Eric was preceded in death by his grandfather, Eugean Pennington, grandfather-in-law, Doyle Mosley, grandmother-in-law, Wilma Mosley & brother-in-law, Bernie Morgan.  He was survived by his loving & devoted wife, Catrina Mosley Boggs, 2 beloved sons, Jamison Arthur Nathaniel Boggs & Caitln & William Anthony Eugean Boggs, 1 beloved daughter, Charity Paige Danielle Boggs, beloved parents, Barbara & Gary Dewees, sister, Tashia & Keith Napier, mother-in-law & father-in-law, Pam & Jay Osborne & James & Vickie Mosley, sisters-in-law, Angela & Brandon Jones, Miranda & John Walters, Melissa Napier & Todd Horton, Jessica & Jonathan Combs & Kristen Morgan, brother-in-law, Vernon Morgan, 17 nieces & nephews, 1 great nephew, a host of aunts, uncles, cousins other relatives & many friends survive.

Eric worked his life away to provide for the people he loved. He was the most unselfish person, always putting others first. Written by Jamison Boggs
