Eula Caldwell

Eula Caldwell passed away Thursday, March 12, 2020 at the Laurel Heights Nursing Home in London, KY. She was 92 years old. Eula was born June 30, 1927 in Hyden, KY., the daughter of the late Shafter Morgan & Alma Cornett Morgan. Eula had been a resident of London since 1992 previously living in Hoskinston, KY. By occupation she had worked as a cook for the Leslie Co. School System. She was a member of the Mill Street Church of Christ in London. Eula enjoyed gardening, quilting & spending time with her family.

Eula was preceded in death by her beloved parents, loving & devoted husband, Nick Caldwell, beloved daughter, Ruth Caldwell Howard, brothers, Damon, Norman, Lester, Patrick, Clifton, Gene & sister, Hazel Bowling. She leaves the following relatives surviving; beloved sons, Glenn Caldwell, Floral City, Fl., Norman Caldwell (Deborah), London, KY., Elvin Caldwell (Deborah), PA. & Ken Caldwell (Kris), Richmond, KY., beloved daughter, Betty Caldwell, London, KY., brothers, Shafter Morgan, Jr. (Anita), London, KY. & Carlos Morgan (Phyllis), IN., sisters, Effie Muncy, Hoskinston, KY. & Marie Deaton, London, KY., 13 treasured grandchildren & a host of great grandchildren & great great grandchildren. Also a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends survive.

Funeral: Sunday, March 15, 2020 at 2:00 P.M. at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home, Hyden, KY.

Minister: Donnie Oliver

Interment: Morgan Family Cemetery, (Bad Creek), Hoskinston, KY.

Visitation: Saturday, March 14, 2020 at 5:00-8:00 P.M. at the funeral home chapel
