THE OBITUARY OF MR. FRANK ROARK

Mr. Frank Roark born November 5, 1939 departed this life on Friday, November 5, 2021 at the Laurel Creek Nursing Home, Manchester, Ky.  He was 82 years old.   He was born at Beverly, Ky the son of the late Gabbard Roark and the late Gracie Brock.  By occupation Frank was a retired coal miner having worked as a Strip Miner & a logger.  He enjoyed fishing, yard work, gardening and especially spending time with his family. Frank was preceded in death by his parents, his loving and devoted wife. Pheba Simpson, one son Estill Simpson, four brothers, Roy, Denzil, Bobby & Scott Roark & three sisters, Lena Mae Napier, Anna Lee Asher and Nancy Collett.  Survivors include one cherished son: Wayne Simpson & Carla of Bledsoe, KY four  loving and devoted daughters,  Sue Belcher & Matt Muncy of Mozelle, KY, Scarlett Osborne of London, KY, Denna Smith & Billy of Hoskinston, KY, Betty Lou Brock of London, KY. Eight grandchildren, Josh Simpson, Jessica Simpson, Daniel Brock, Randall Brock, Angie Barger, David Belcher, Casey Osborne and Brandy Smith. Six Great Grandchildren, Peyton Osborne, Colson Osborne, Levi Belcher, Hunter Belcher, Connor Hatfield and Madison Belcher.  Mr. Frank Roark is also survived by a host of other treasured relatives and friends.   You may offer your condolences to the family @www.dwaynewalkerfuneralhome.com

FUNERAL SERVICES:   12:OO Noon- Friday, Nov. 12, 2021 at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home Chapel in Hyden, KY.

VISITATION: 11:00 am- Friday, Nov. 12, 2021 at the funeral home until time of service.

OFFICIATING MINISTER: Rev. Denver Brock

PLACE OF INTERMENT: Rye Cove Cemetery at Warbranch, KY.
