Helen Cayanong Sebastian

Helen Cayanong Sebastian was born August 17, 1974 in Mendenao Philippines. She is the daughter of the late, Alfredo Cayanong and Flora Taer Cayanong. Helen passed away Wed. May 8, 2024 at the Hosparus Inpatient Care Center in Louisville, KY. She was 49 years old. Helen enjoyed traveling, shopping and spending time with her family. By occupation Helen was a CNA.
Helen was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Alfredo & Flora Taer Cayanong. She leaves the following relatives surviving; her loving & devoted husband, Jerry Sebastian, Mulfraug, KY, 2 cherished sons, Naiki Kikuchi and Taiki Kikuchi both of Japan, 1 cherished daughter, Hitomi Kikuchi, Japan, 1 treasured grandchild, Futaba Kikuchi, father-in-law & mother-in-law, Leonard and Malvery Sebastian, Hyden, KY, brothers-in-law, C.J. & Karley Sebastian, Cleveland, OH and Jacob & Summer Sebastian, Hyden, KY, and sisters-in-law, Jasmine Sebastian, Wooton, KY, Becky & David Shelton, Danville, KY. and Nora & Jeremy Kyle, Danville, KY. Also a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends survive.
Funeral: Tuesday, May 14, 2024 at 1:00 P.M. at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home, Hyden, KY.
