James Douglas Sizemore

Mr. James Douglas Sizemore born on Nov. 24, 1964 departed this life on Dec. 5, 2023 at his residence. He was born at Lexington. KY the son of Pearl (Coal Foot) Sizemore and the late Anna Huff Sizemore. James was a life-long resident of Leslie County and was an avid flower gardener. He was preceded in death by his mother, Anna Huff, one sister, Peggy Sizemore and one brother, Hobert Ray Sizemore . He leaves surviving the following relatives, his father and step-mother, Pearl (Coal Foot)  Sizemore and Gwendolyn Sizemore of Bear Branch, KY, one brother, Kenny Sizemore and Deb of London, KY, one step-sister. Amanda Smith and Scotty of Hyden, KY, one niece, Natasha Smith and Wesley of Hyden, KY, uncle, Otis Sizemore of London, KY and 3 aunts, Hallie Clemons of London, KY, Emily Goff of Florence, KY. and Roberta Stamper of Franklin, OH.  James is also survived by a host of other treasured relatives and friends. Memorial Services: 2:00 p.m. Dec. 16, 2023 at the Sizemore residence, Henry Fork Road, Hyden, KY 41749,  with Rev. Joey Burns officiating. Interment will follow the service in the family cemetery.
