Jerry Allen Ramey

Jerry Allen Ramey age 50 of Thousandsticks, KY., was born January 21, 1972 (on Friday) in Lee Co., Virginia. Jerry passed away Wednesday, July 6, 2022 in Hyden, KY. Jerry is the son of Wayne and Shirley Ramey of Hyden, KY. Jerry was Supervisor at National Metals in Richmond at the time of his death. Jerry was a life long Pittsburg Steeler and Chicago Cubs fan he enjoyed sports and spending time with his family. 

Jerry was preceded in death by maternal grandmother, Nellie Napier, paternal grandmother, Kittye Cooper and nephew, Michael Wisdom. He leaves the following relatives surviving; cherished son, Tyler Ramey (Kilie) of Zanesville, Ohio, special friend & 2nd dad, Norman Graves, brothers, Larry Jeffers (Rita), Hyden, KY., Wayne "Bo" Ramey (Toye), Brandenburg, KY. and John Ramey, Hyden, KY., special brother, Clyde Jackson, Irvine, sisters, Debbie Wisdom, Lexington, KY., Tammy Feltner (Michael), Hyden, KY. and Shellean Green (Paul), McKee, KY., treasured grandsons, Caiden and Carter, four nephews and three nieces. Also a host of other relatives and friends survive. 

Funeral: Sunday, July 10, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home, Hyden, KY.

Minister: Pastor Robert Amundsen

Interment: John North Cemetery, Hyden, KY.

Pallbearers: John Ramey, Bo Ramey, Michael Feltner, Ethan Feltner, Paul Green, Clyde Jackson and Larry Jeffers

Visitation: Sunday, July 10th at 12:00 Noon at the funeral home chapel
