Julie Fazel

Julie Fazel of Yeaddiss, KY. passed away Friday, August 7, 2020. She was 84 years old. Julie passed away at the Well's Hospice Center in Hazard, KY. She was born, February 19, 1936 in West Liberty, KY. the daughter of the late, Tom Henry Smith & Oma Parks Smith. She had been a resident of Leslie Co. for the past 13 years. Julie enjoyed sewing, cooking & flower gardening.

Julie was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Bryon Fazel, beloved son, Jackie Ray Bowling, beloved daughters, Lois Marie Adkins & Linda Kay Voriteki & sisters, Rosa, Shirley, Betty & Mary Ann. She leaves the following relatives surviving; beloved son, Mark Bowling, FL., beloved daughter, Sue Lewis, Yeaddiss, KY., sister, Helen Wright, Dayton, OH., 12 treasured grandchildren, 14, treasured great grandchildren & 2 treasured great great grandchildren.

The family of Julie Fazel will schedule a memorial service at a later date.
