COURTESY OBITUARY Kermit Woods, age 85, husband of Oultie Woods of London, Kentucky passed away Sunday. January 15, 2023 at his residence. He was the father of Dean Woods and wife Donna and Fannie Patterson and husband Tim all of London, Kentucky; the brother of Genevieve Gill of London, Kentucky and Kenneth Young of Dayton, Ohio. He was blessed with three grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Carolyn Parks and her husband, Danny Parks; his parents, Abner and Bertie (Young) Woods; by his siblings, Edd Woods, Hiram Woods, Cora Wooten, Bulah Woods, Herbert Woods, Wallace Woods, Junior Woods, Elizabeth Keen and Magdaline Osborne. Funeral services for Kermit Woods will be conducted Friday at 2:00 p.m. in London Funeral Home Chapel with Brian Parsley, Dallas Nolan and Wayne Osborne officiating. Burial will follow at Woods & Parks Cemetery. The family of Kermit Woods will receive friends at London Funeral Home after 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Serving as pallbearers will be: Jason Osborne, Jarred Osborne, Tim Patterson, Wayne Osborne, Michael Parks, Camden Parks and Micaiah Hoskins.
