Lonnie Roark

Lonnie Roark passed away Thursday, March 19, 2020 at the U.K. Medical Center in Lexington. He was 64 years old. Lonnie was born February 27, 1956 at Beverly, KY., the son of the late, Farmer Roark & Velma Brock Roark. Lonnie had been a life-long resident of Leslie Co. By occupation he was a retired coal miner. He was a member of the New Hope Community Church at Warbranch, KY. Lonnie was an avid coon hunter, rabbit hunter & loved spending time with his family. 

Lonnie was preceded in death by his parents, one beloved daughter, Velma Dean Roark, infant brother, Willie Roark, one sister, Yvonne Roark Brock, one nephew, Farmer Dwayne Roark & one brother-in-law, Levi Brock. He leaves the following relatives surviving; loving & devoted wife, Bobbie Caldwell Roark of Warbranch, KY., one beloved son, Stanley Roark (Stephanie) of Warbranch, KY., two beloved daughters, Doshie Hubbard (Bobby Joe) of Helton, KY. & Jenna Shanks (Robert) of Warbranch, KY., two brothers, Wayne Roark (Jeanne) of London, KY. & Donald Roark (Carolyn) of Warbranch, KY., seven treasured grandchildren, Blake Hubbard, Carson Hubbard, Deziree Hubbard, Isabella Roark, Sophia Roark, Lanova Roark & Cohen Roark & special great niece, Taylor Caldwell. Also a host of other relatives & friends survive.
