Mary Alleen Fowler

Mrs. Mary Alleen Fowler passed away Monday, November 21, 2022 at her residence. She was 73 years old. Mary was born April 4, 1949 in Hamilton, Ohio the daughter of the late, Robert Ollis and Cora Walker Ollis. Mary had been a resident of Leslie County since 1970. She resided in  Hamilton, Ohio for a short period of time. Mary was a certified nurse assistant. She was a devoted member of the Smilax Church of Christ at Smilax, KY. She enjoyed sewing, flower gardening, gardening, canning, quilting, & was an animal lover. Her greatest joy though was spending time with her family.

Mary was preceded in death by her beloved parents, Robert & Cora Walker Ollis & cherished son, Daniel Ballard. She leaves the following relatives surviving; loving & devoted husband, Dwight Fowler, Wooton, KY., three cherished daughters, Doreena Frasure & Tim, Hyden, KY., Melissa Hearon, Lacey's Spring, AL., Cora Curtis & Ricky, Myrtle Beach, S.C. & cherished as a daughter, Tammy Mosley & Mike, Smilax, KY., one brother, William Ollis, Louisiana, five sisters, Carol Pringle, FL., Margaret Graff, Colorado, Georgeanna Ihnen, FL., Cathy Wade, IN. & Donna Stuck, FL., eight treasured grandchildren, Dustin Ballard, Steven Frasure, Tabitha DeLeon, Robert Edward Hearon, Sarah Elizabeth Hearon, Devonnea Curtis-Eoff, Brandi Curtis & Matthew Mosley, & ten treasured great- grandchildren, Chloe Ballard, Daniel Ballard, Paisley Ballard, Isabella DeLeon, Gabriella DeLeon, Annaliese Danner-Frasure, Paul Frasure, Abigail Eoff, Andrew Eoff & Jason Dwight Benton. Also a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends survive. 

Funeral: Saturday, November 26, 2022 at 12:00 Noon at the Dwayne Walker Funeral Home, Hyden, KY.

Ministers: Danny Day & Harold Turner

Interment: Fowler-Ballard Cemetery, Wooton, KY.

Pallbearers: Michael Eoff, Dustin Ballard, Steven Frasure, Matthew Mosley, Tim Frasure,  Ricky Curtis & Christopher DeLeon

Visitation: Friday, November 25, 2022 at 6:00-9:00 P.M. at the Funeral Home Chapel
